    You do not need to let your employer know you are receiving treatment for substance use or mental health reasons. You may be able to request medical leave under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

    Your length of stay depends on treatment needs and insurance coverage. You will have input into this decision with your clinical team. Our goal is for you to receive the best possible treatment.
