Individual and group counseling may lead to dual diagnosis, which means that you have an underlying mental health issue that needs to be addressed. Once you learn more about your addiction, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) will help you get to the bottom of your negative addictive behavior and focus your energy in a more positive direction.
